Prior to joining the Cadinha & Company team, Sarah started her career as a Management Trainee with Finance Factors, Ltd., and quickly worked her way up to Branch Manager. She enjoyed the challenge of working on the front line and especially liked working with the clients and providing solutions for their financial needs. She held various positions of increasing responsibility during her 28 years with the firm. Sarah’s knack for problem-solving and finding unique solutions is a value for clients.

Sarah’s professional experience made for an easy transition when she decided to make a career move to Cadinha & Company where she wears several hats in Client Services and as Compliance Manager.

Sarah has a BS degree in Business Management from Chaminade University. She is married to Henry and has two children. She enjoys working out with friends in her Jazzercise Class, crafting, and spending time with her family.
